Join me at Centro Luce e Vita for a heart warming Spirit Lodge Ceremony!

The ceremony on this day is one of delving deep inside and cleaning out the crevasses of our mind, our emotions and our physical bodies. The ceremony is one of creating space so Spirit can fill us up again and warm our hearts before we venture into the cold winter months.

I'm looking very much forward to sharing this special time with you!

What time?
registration from 3pm onward. We start at 4pm and finish approximately at 8pm.

What do I contribute?
It's a €100 contribution.

What should I bring?
The sweat itself is clothing optional, which means you can enter the lodge as you were born (naked) or, if you prefer, you can wear some light clothing like a bathing suit, shirt and boxers or sarong. Just bring whatever clothing you are comfortable to sweat in (if any) and also wear comfortable and outdoorsy (warm) clothing for the rest of the day. Bring a couple of towels: at least one for inside the lodge (that will get dirty) and one to use after rinsing off. Here's a little list of what to bring:

- (warm and) comfortable, outdoorsy clothing
- bathing suit, shirt and boxers or sarong (or whatever you're wearing into the lodge)
- towels
- a happy heart
